How do I submit a warranty claim?

Please follow the steps to submit your warranty claim to our customer service team. Our customer service team within 5 business days of submitting your claim.

1. Take a picture of the product 

2. Email [e-mail] 

3. Wait for our customer service team to send out a shipping bag and label 

4. Send your product to your Go Fetch team
